Tru-Guide designs and manufactures standard and custom non-conductive EDM Wire Guides for all of the traditional Electronic Discharge Machining applications. We provide EDM wire guides that have been produced in our own machine shop for any machine set up that you have.
Tru-Guide excels in designing and producing wire guides for the most challenging EDM applications such as those of the Aerospace Industry. Tru-Guide’s non-conductive wire guide surfaces provide precision alignment that lasts much longer than that provided by competitor’s guides that are made from materials that are electrically conductive.
When our EDM wire guides are combined with good fixturing, a well designed part, and a well programmed operation you will experience precision over a longer life span than available from any conductive metal surface wire guide.
